The Cultural Center stage has been increased, thus, this year, the performances are being programmed over 4 nights to make up for the smaller audience space.

During this last week before the curtain rises, the cast is rehearsing each night from around 6pm to midnight, an intense regime under the watchful eye of Maria Katsandri who advises her cast to be more relaxed inbetween acts so as not to exhaust themselves before opening night.

A quick start to The 3 Sisters - A year after the death of their father, an army officer, the Moscow-bred sisters Prosorov-Olga, Masha and Irina, are finding life drab and increasingly hopeless in a Russian provincial town. Only the proximity of a nearby artillery post and the company of its officers make their existence bearable. Get along 1 - 4 April 2011.
