Ithaki Calendar November 2008
Between Platrithias and Frikes, in the northern village of Lahos, there is little tourism to be found. Tradition is the way of life and it seems to be working for the locals with 90 year olds healthy and fit enough to pick olives and press grapes for wine. Ithaca has changed little over the decades in villages such as Lahos.
