In June locals begin swimming and yachts start heading into the various ports around the island. The water is cold, but the midday Sun soon warms the chill of the ocean from the goose pimpled skin and it isn't long before the empty beaches are dotted with more and more water babies. There's an air of excitement about the island. Soon it will fill up with new and interesting faces. There'll be chances to hear stories that haven't been told and meet people from all over the world. All are enthusiastic, eager to spend hours around a friendly table partaking in lively conversation with new friends.
