I am sending a picture of my wife and I on Gidaki beach in July of 06. As my older brother has stated, we immigrated to the U.S. in 1973 when I was 9 and he was 14. We still own the family home in Kanelata which I plan to update and improve in the near future. I have 3 children, and at least the wife and I plan on being on the island on a yearly basis and continue to work on our house until we can spend our summers on Ithaki every year.
