As far as this local knows, he is the only qualified Chef on the island of Ithaki. Nikos has run 2 restaurants in Vathy, Drosia and Liberty. Nikos was born and raised on Ithaca, went to school on Ithaca and then for further education and work, lived in Athens, where he honed his skills in the kitchens of some big hotels. He's back on Ithaki now however, and loves it. What Niko doesn't know about decorating a plate isn't worth knowing. |
