Olympia Vasilopoulos, partner with her sister
Meropi of Symposium Restaurant in Frikes, is too shy to have her photo
taken and suggested we include her cat instead. Here's what we're
permitted to say about Olympia. She's a Stavros local, born and
raised on Ithaca. Apart from a short stint in Patras, Olympia
has lived here all her life. She loves to cook and create new
recipes for the restaurant and works hard and long hours, especially
during the summer months, to make Symposium a treat to eat at.
