Xaritomeni has lived all her life in the peaceful mountain village of Perahori in the south of Ithaca. She admits life is hard since her husband passed on, but wouldn't have it any other way than the Perahori way. She lives with her daughter in a picturesque house on a picturesque road towards the old church and will show anyone wanting to see the church from the inside, around. Xaritomeni is one of the friendly locals eager to please and eager to chat. |
