| 1. Payment is due on receipt of this invoice statement. |
| 2. The Renter is liable for all traffic and parking contraventions. |
| 3. The Renter pays for own gas, any and all fines, and is responsible for any personal injury. |
| 4. The owner and the Establishment are not responsible for any damage caused by the Renter, or accident of the driver or passenger of the rented scooter. |
5. The Renter is responsible to return the Scooter in the same condition as it was rented to him. |
| 6. The Renter has the obligation to inform the contractors of the exact location of where the Scooter has been damaged, or stopped and stand by. |
| 7. Maximum Speed 40 km per hour |
| 8. The Renter is fully responsible for any loss/damage of the rented Scooter and will be charged for the total cost of the Scooter and must pay immediately. |
